Jam prepared with selected Sicilian seasonal fruit, peeled by hand and cooked at a low temperature to maintain the organoleptic properties. The Sicilian Factory gourmet jam dedicated to lovers of taste stands out from the others and we will explain why: it is prepared according to an exclusive recipe in which Mandarins (in very high quantities) are sweetened with cane sugar. Mandarins are rich in vitamins C, B and A, fiber and carotene, have a significant percentage of iron, magnesium and folic acid, have notable therapeutic properties, are indicated for delaying skin aging, fighting insomnia and water retention.
