Sicilian Salami Chiaramontano 200/250g

Artisanal salami produced with selected meats from Sicilian pigs, raised in semi-wild conditions and fed on cereals, broad beans, acorns and carob, which give the meat a sweet and at the same time strong flavour.
The slice is soft and compact, the typical flavour of the product with a sweet note given by the black pig lard.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Ingredients: (for the production of 100 g of salami): 97 g black pork meat, 33 g pork meat, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavourings, natural flavourings, spices, antioxidant: E300, cons: E252-E250.

Stuffed in edible dubello.
